ALL SINGERS AND PARENTS SHOULD READ THESE!
ADDITION TO CALENDAR:

Call Time: 5:20 at Ritsche Auditorium
Performance Time: 7:30 – 9:00
We have the opportunity to perform with five other high school choirs on the date listed above. This is a wonderful opportunity, but because it is an edition to the calendar, will only participate if there are few enough conflicts. Please email director@youthchorale.org CONFIRMING your ability to be at the performance or STATING YOUR CONFLICT. Either way, we need to know by next Sunday if we are able to participate. You can fill out the portion of the form below and turn it in next Sunday at the very latest. Email is preferred as soon as possible.
UNIFORMS We will likely be doing more uniform fittings next week or two. Returning Singers – if you own your own uniform, please try it on this week and see if it still fits. If it doesn’t, please let us know and we will try to work out an exchange. A form is provided below, but emailing the information would be more efficient.
Conflict Catcher. The Conflict Catcher is due next week. If you need one, you may pick it up at the sign-in table. Please look over your calendar carefully as you fill it out.
Handbooks for those who haven’t received them are available on the sign-in table. Please take the handbook with your name on it.
SECION LEADERS. If you are interested in being a Section Leader or Assistant, please take an application. Responsibilities include running sectionals and helping with logistics in rehearsals and in concert.
